María met the other artistic leaders of Nordic Light 2014 to prepare for this great adventure for creative youth.

Nordic Light 2014 is built around theater, dance, cirkus, music and visual arts. Fifteen participants will be selected for each group from all the Nordic countries, giving them a unique opportunity to develop their artistic abilities under the direction of established Nordic artistis as well as working with other young artist and get to know both old and new culture of the Nordic region.

Each group travels along with their director and a group leader and parttakes in three workshops in different parts of the North.

In each workshop a local artists will be involved. In the end all five groups unite in Joensuu in Finland to create a spectacle with the material they have gathered allong the way.
