In politics at last! I got the opportunity to oppose oil drilling in the Arctic as the Foreign Minister of Iceland at a meeting of the Arctic counsel in the Icelandic – Swedish series THIN ICE. 

The story takes place in Greenland but is mainly shot in the small town Stykkishólmur in Iceland and it was quite something to see it transform and hear sledge dogs howling in the night. 

Although the politicians where mainly stuck in a dry meeting while the action was taking place out on the ice it was a special treat to connect with Nordic colleges.
